Take the train to the ski slopes

Other travel options are to fly or take the snow train, which is becoming increasingly more popular as it allows you an extra 2 days of skiing on your normal weeks holiday. The snow train operates from St Pancras in London from mid-December 2010 to mid-April each year, for more details check out the Ski Train. A great way to travel if you like to take a lot of luggage as you can take your skis and two bags on board.

Take the bus to the ski slopes

Weekend Bespoke Ski Holidays

Weekend skiing is also a very popular activity now and a quick getaway to the slopes on a Thursday night will give you 3 days full skiing with a Sunday evening return. Or return on Monday night after 4 full days skiing. Never the cheapest option but if time is your problem its a great way to still get a few days on the slopes.
