My only disappointment was Dollar Rent a Car. Their service was poor at LAX.

All was fine, Tenya lodge rooms were a little basic but fine, the Monterey Sanctuary was a little disappointing as it was out of town, didn't have a restaurant open and with little around it. We decided to leave a day early and go to San Fran. We obviously got caught in the BA fiasco but got transferred to united after a few hours wait.
