The Caribbean is made up of several islands situated southeast of the Gulf of Mexico and the mainland of North America. The Caribbean islands are influenced by some European countries showing Spanish, French or Dutch influences.

The islands are tropical with the warm dry days falling between November and May and the rains arriving in June until the end of October with Hurricane season in some parts of the region, normally northwards of Grenada to the west of Barbados.

This makes them the perfect choice for a winter beach holiday and with so many islands to choose from there is a wide range of accommodation on offer. From small boutique hotels to luxury all-inclusive resorts.
